Outdoor Yoga in Spring, Summer & Autumn

Expand your yoga practice in the warmer months by taking it outside into nature to connect to yourself, while also experiencing the joy of a practice that embraces the earth, sea and sky.

Beneath a pohutakawa tree facing the manukau harbour, feel the freedom of flowing with the breath through sequences that stretch, strengthen and tone the body while expanding the breath capacity to fill the whole body with a renewed sense of energy and vitality.

The classes will often include a combination of individual practices, working in pairs and as a group to explore yoga postures. Each class will incorporate pranayama (breathing practices) and guided relaxation and/or meditation.

This is a general level class, beginners however are most welcome to join.  Mats & blankets provided.

From October 20th through to March/April (breaking for a few weeks over Xmas and New Year's-dates to be confirmed)

Friday 9.30 - 11am (down by the water beneath the Pohutakawa)

These classes are held at beautiful Armour Bay, Parau, West Auckland. Classes are weather dependent, so please see my fb page for weather call on morning of class.

Yoga is really about being able to synchronise with the deep rhythms of nature, the deep rhythm of what it is to be alive in this universe.
