Yoga Just for You

Private classes offer yoga practices that are suited to the needs of each individual, taking into account their physical, mental and emotional requirements, as well as daily routines and lifestyle considerations. 

      Private classes are great for anyone who is:

  • A complete beginner who would like to learn some of the fundamentals of breathing and yoga postures before joining a class.

  • Those wanting to progress in their yoga practice at their own pace in their own home environment. 

 

     Personalised yoga programmes are particularly beneficial for:

  • People with injuries or health conditions –where a therapeutic practice can help with the healing process

  • Anyone wanting to develop their own personal home yoga practice who is not sure where to begin or how to sequence a yoga practice. 

If you are wanting a yoga practice tailored for your unique requirements it involves 3 sessions: 

  • An initial assessment of where you are at presently.
  • Between the first and second sessions I will create your personal yoga programme, then on the second session we will go through the practice together.
  • A week or two later we will go through your practice again and make any necessary changes to your programme so you can continue with your home practice. 

    Personalised Yoga Programme package:  

      Investment: $290. This includes 3 x sessions, personal yoga programe and follow up to review progress.        

    Private yoga classes prices:

  • $80 per hour / $100 for 1.5 hours
  • Prepay 3 lessons – $210
  • Prepay 5 lessons – $325
  • 2 people – $120 per class.
